- Begin a 7.5km jungle trek to Nephentes Camp (enjoying a packed lunch along the way).

- Arrive at Nephentes Camp (945 meters elevation) and rest.

- Explore the surrounding Health Forest.

- Have dinner at Nephentes R.S.

- Enjoy a session of stargazing.

- Spend the night at Nephentes Camp.

- Have breakfast.

- Walk to the trail junction for the waterfalls.

- Trek to and explore Takob-Akob Waterfall.

- Continue the trek to Fowzi Waterfall to rest and have lunch.

- Proceed with a return trek to explore Giluk Waterfall.

- Trek back to Nephentes R.S.

- Have dinner.

- Spend the night at Nephentes R.S.

- Have breakfast.

- Embark on a 10km journey to the 7-tiered Majestic Maliau Waterfalls.

- Spend time exploring the main waterfalls.

- Trek over to the Ginseng Research Station, arriving by late afternoon.

- Have dinner.

- Relax and enjoy stargazing.

- Spend the night at Ginseng Research Station.

- Have breakfast.

-Take an optional discovery trek to the British High Commissioner Waterfall.

- Return to Ginseng Station to pack your belongings.

- Begin a 7.5km jungle trek back to Agathis R.S.

- Proceed to the Maliau Shell Building for checkout.

- Visit the local souvenir shop.

- Depart back to Kota Kinabalu.
