1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking through Dynamic Tours Travel ("the Company", "we", "us"), you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing any booking. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your booking.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from us.
- Booking reference numbers are for tracking purposes only and do not constitute confirmation.
- We reserve the right to decline any booking without providing a reason.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
- A deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to secure your reservation.
- The full balance is due no later than 30 days before the departure date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.
- Prices do not include travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, or items not explicitly stated as included.
4. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our team. The following cancellation charges apply (calculated from the date we receive written notice):
- More than 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total booking amount
- 7–14 days before departure: 75% of total booking amount
- Less than 7 days before departure / no-show: 100% of total booking amount
Cancellation charges may vary for airline-inclusive packages, Umrah packages, or group bookings. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation or Amendment by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel or amend any tour due to insufficient participation, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control (including natural disasters, government directives, airline schedule changes). In such cases:
- We will notify you as soon as possible.
- We will offer a comparable alternative tour or a full refund of payments made to us.
- We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred (e.g., flights, visa fees, accommodation booked independently).
6. Travel Documents and Visas
- Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates) required for their trip.
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date.
- We assist with visa applications but do not guarantee visa approval. Visa rejection does not entitle a customer to a refund unless the Company has expressly accepted responsibility for visa processing.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss and personal liability. We are not responsible for any losses that would have been covered by travel insurance.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators and other third-party service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay or damage caused by the negligence or default of these suppliers. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the total amount paid by that customer for the specific booking.
9. Complaints
Any complaints must be raised with our representative at the time of occurrence and confirmed in writing within 14 days of returning from your trip. We cannot consider complaints raised after this period.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
